Mat Class: Mat classes are a great introduction to Pilates with a goal to improve general fitness, and is suitable for all ages. We aim to improve your core stability, muscle strength, and control through exercise, posture control, and stretching on the mats. Your body weight is used as the primary source of resistance, however, you may also use equipment such as swiss balls, Pilates balls, and foam rollers. Additionally, this class will also aim to release tension and trigger points from the tight muscles of your body. Equipment, including spiky balls, foam rollers, spiky rollers, and other similar tools, will be used to assist with the release of those tight areas within the superficial and deeper muscles.

    SPECIALISED PILATES CLASS

Clinical Pilates: This class size ranges from a one-on-one session to a one-to-four class. Clinical Pilates focuses on posture, breathing, core stability, flexibility, strength, and control. This class is often used in conjunction with physiotherapy treatment to manage any injuries.  Equipment such as foam rollers, gym balls, and pilates balls are used throughout the classes.  What differentiates Clinical Pilates from the other styles is how it specifically targets the everyone's individual needs, whether it be for early rehabilitation of an acute injury or for high-level return-to-sport rehabilitation.
